I am an integrative psychodynamic psychotherapist experienced in working with people suffering the unhappiness and/or insecurity brought about by personal history, trauma or simply as a result of living and working within pressurised environments.

Psychodynamic psychotherapy entails a strong therapeutic alliance built on a sense of deep trust. This creates an environment wherein it becomes possible to tackle difficult and often painful issues with honesty and courage.

I have worked extensively with a wide range of clients in both fixed term and open ended relationships within the NHS. From those whose problems gradually become debilitating to those
who demonstrate a controlled exterior persona, belying personal difficulties with relationships, stress and anxiety.

Irrespective of their history, my role is to help clients overcome the impediments to good emotional and psychological health.

I am a member of the British Infertility Counselling association (BICA) and offer support and implications counselling (implications of IVF, Donor and Surrogacy) for individuals and couples (heterosexual and same sex) through all aspects of fertility treatment.

I am a UKCP accredited integrative psychoanalytic psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience.

I offer appointments in person or via Facetime/Skype.

I hold appropriate professional insurance.
